Park Grove's staff are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and to maintain this standard there is an ongoing training procedure in NVQ levels and mandatory training, Mandatory training is offered on a yearly basis were new skills are discussed to help our staff with there great ways of caring.
Park Grove Care Staff
Emma Taylor is our Deputy Manger who lives locally, and comes from a caring background. She has gone through the training matrix and passed with flying colours . Emma is also on duty Mon - Fri and covers the oncall system.
Angela Finnigan is our manager who lives within the property and has over 25 years of nursing experience as well as holding BSc Hons degree from John Moores. Angela is on duty Mon - Fri and always on hand as we offer an oncall system.
Manager
We have three qualified seniors here at Park Grove, Pauline Hart, Janice Molyneux and Clare Halton. The seniors work on a shift rota and are all NVQ 3 qualified. Seniors are responsible for the admistraion of medication and also cover oncall.
We have 16 care assistants on duty at various times of the day. All of which meet the criteria of being a carer and hold a valid CRB. The staff are dedicated to their job and provide and excellent care programme to our residents. They are a credit to Park Grove.
Again we are proud to have three wonderful cooks on duty all week. The cooks provide a varied, nutritional diet and look after each individuals dietry needs. We also have three assistants who assist the cook to provide the high standard off food we deliver. We also score a 5 on the Environmental food standards agency.
We pride our selves not only on care at Park grove but the cleanliness too. We have two domestics who work Mon - Fri ensuring the home is spotless. We also have a laundry assistant who is responsible for the bed linen and personals to help you.
